Details:

Introduction:
      It is white flammable fine powder,no smell and with specific gravity 1.095. It can dissolve in hot common solvent and acids, but not in water, ethanol or aether. It will become to glue when cooled after being heated in the organic solvent and be decomposed to stearate or salt when meet strong acid and can absord moisture in air.
Function：
1. The light dispersible lubricant is a kind of surface treating agent which has the functions of lubrication, dispersion, coupling and light.
2. For carbon black, phthalein cyanine, phthalein green high specific surface area, such as difficult to disperse pigment has good dispersion effect, especially for pearl, aluminium metallic pigment such as silver has good light dispersion effect, can effectively reduce the weld mark, improve the metallic simple sense.
3. It has a special and good dispersive effect on the flame retardant of the fillers (titanium white calcium carbonate talcum powder);It has good compatibility with various kinds of resin (polyolefin ABS PS PVC). The lubricating property is widely used in polyolefin ABS PS PVC and other plastic color mother, polypropylene color mother;Flame retardant masterbatch;Pearlescent granule;High gloss PP filling modified material;Nano - grade titanium dioxide is filled with dispersing auxiliaries.
4. It can replace the lubrication of other lubricants inside and outside, improve the compatibility of carrier resin and inorganic materials, improve the brightness of products, melt index, gap impact strength and bending modulus.
5. Improve the processing performance, effectively reduce the flow resistance of the material, and reduce the machining torque.
6. Bright dispersion lubricant can effectively improve the impact performance and surface gloss of materials, which is more suitable for high filling system.

Application：
      If Zinc stearate is too much, it will decompose PVC or show some black points. It will become to white zinc sulphide after absorbing sulfide in air to be poor at primary stainablity. It is not used independently for PVC products, but with any others.
