Application

1.Used as iron supplement for food such as candy, bread, biscuits and choclates

2.Used as iron nutritional supplement for milk powder, wheat flour and cookies.

 

A) Widely used in food, beverage, dairy, salt, nutrition, medicine

 

B) Nutritional supplements (iron-fortified). Adult daily requirement 16mg, baby 6mg (Japan). To strengthen milk iron content will be about 6mg/100g. For wheat flour, biscuits, bread, use 2~3mg/100g. On the strengthening of the rat soymilk, absorption rate (for iron) is very strong. Color conditioning agents.

 

C) Iron-ferrous lactate is a good food enhancer, better absorbed than inorganic iron. Provisions for Bonbons, use 600~1200mg/kg (in terms of rail, the same below); also used for dairy and infant food, use 60~100mg/kg; also used for grains and their products, used as 24~48mg/kg; also used in beverages, use 10~20mg/kg.

 

D) Ferrous lactate is for food and feed additives and drugs for treatment of anemia. Adult daily requirement 16mg, baby 6mg. As iron-fortifier, United States States the amount of 3mg/100g in flour, bread in the amount of 2mg/100g, 6mg/100g in milk powder. Iron compounds unstable to light, iron ions react with antioxidants and color in use should be noted.
