Application
Noxifloxacin is a nearly white crystalline powder chemical with a molecular formula of C21H24FN3O4, a molecular weight of 401.4314, a melting point of 193-195°C, insoluble in water, slightly soluble in ethanol, and almost insoluble in acetone. Moxifloxacin belongs to the class of quinolones and is mainly used clinically for the treatment of adults (≥18 years old) suffering from upper respiratory tract and lower respiratory tract infections such as acute sinusitis, acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis, community-acquired pneumonia, and skin and Soft tissue infections.
