Introduction:

The product is obtained by deep fermentation of Bacillus Subtilis. It is widely used in manufacture of starch sugar and alcohol, brewery, textile, dye & printing, papermaking, feed industry etc.

Product specification:

Suitable condition:

The temperature is 60-80℃.，PH value is 6.0-6.5.

Application:

1. In textile industry: Using as desizing agent, medium temperature a-amylase is suitable for high-temperature-resistance silk, chemical fiber, and cotton fabric. Add the enzyme (raw materials 2000u/g) in 60-80℃ water, in 30 minutes.

2. In fermentation industry: The concentration of starch slurry is 16-17 Be. Adjust PH to 6.0-6.5. Add 0.2% calcium chloride (according to the weight of raw materials). Add the enzyme (raw material 8-10 u/g). Mix evenly. Keep at 60-80℃ and liquefy for 30 minutes.

3. In wine industry: Grind the raw material rice and corn more than 40 mesh powder. Mix in pulp. Add the enzyme (raw material 8 u/g). Mix evenly. Keep at 60-80℃ and liquefy for 30 minutes.
