Laureth-4 is a non-ionic solubilizer, mild surfactant and dispersant. It is a liquid with HLB of 9.7. It can be soluble in oil and polar solvent.  It has water diffusing and emulsifying performance. It act as emulsifier, PVC plastisol viscosity agent, widely used in the preparation agent and dry cleaner.
