Characters:
The product is white crystalline powder, melting point greater than 180 ℃, bromine content
greater than or equal to 73%. This product is soluble in alcohols, ketones and esters, such
 as organic solvents such as methanol, ethanol, amyl acetate, acetone and so on.
  

Application: 
HBCD flame retardant is used primarily in extruded (XPS) or suspension-polymerized
polystyrene foam (EPS). With a stabilization package and proper processing conditions, it 
can be used in polystyrene
 and polypropylene resins. It can also be used in textile treatments,
adhesives and coating applications.
