What is BCAA 4:1:1 powder 

Instantized BCAA Powder (2:1:1) is a mixture of THREE branched-chain amino acids formulated into 2:1:1 ratio of L-leucine: L-isoleucine: L-valine through a patented microencapsulation process, with soy lecithin.

The three common amino acids in proteins, leucine, valine and isoleucine, are collectively known as branched-chain amino acids (BCAA), so they can also be called complex branched-chain amino acids. These amino acids promote anabolism (muscle growth) in two special ways: 1 to promote insulin release and 2 to promote growth hormone release. The most important of the branched chain amino acids are the leucine, the precursor of ketoisocaproic acid (KIC) and HMB. KIC and HMB increase muscle mass, reduce fat, and provide nutrients to the body. Whey protein has a high BCAA content and should be supplemented with 4-5 grams after training.
