 Oxaliplatin injection is given along with other medicines to treat advanced cancer of the colon or rectum. It is also used to treat severe colon cancer in patients who have had a surgery.

3. Oxaliplatin is a cancer medicine that interferes with the growth and spread of cancer cells in the body.
4. Oxaliplatin is used together with other cancer medications to treat colon and rectal cancer.
