 New developed cellulase GR-M113

Description

     GR-M113 is a new generation wide pH cellulase, in superb concentrated liquid form.Aggressive bio finishing and abrasion performance. Can be used in bio polishing process of cotton, cotton/polyester blend, cotton and line, rayon fabrics and other fiber fabrics, finished cloths which contain fibers. The product can be mixed use or use directly in dyeing and washing mills.

Typical Characteristics

          Appearance: brownish liquid.

         pH : 4.0 to 8.0

         Specific gravity: 1.0 – 1.2

Features and Benefits.

         Broad pH operation, from pH 4 to pH 8, can work under both acid and neutral conditions.

        Superb defuzzing performance, especially at slight acidic condition (pH 5.5 to 6.5)

        Although the optimum pH around pH 6, but still capable to show good effects at pH 7-8.

        Compatible with most textile auxiliaries; dispersing agent, anti stain agent and sequestering agent.

Applications

          Due to GR-M113 is a high concentrated product.

The application dosage:

    Garments (Belly washers/Front loaders) : 0.3 % to 1.5 % o.w.f

     Fabrics (Jets and soft flow) : 0.5 % to 2.0 % o.w.f

         Above dosage are all recommend dosage, all based on our local testing data, the specific dosage should be adjusted according to user local conditions, e.g. Water quality,                     temperature, weather etc.

Temperature:

       Operation range 30℃ – 60℃

      Optimal range 45℃ – 55℃

pH:

    Operation range 4.0 – 8.0

    Optimal range  5.5 – 7.0

Packaging

Standard packaging is 30 kgs per drum.

Storage

To ensure extend shelf life, store GR-M113 at 25℃ or below in a sealed container. Exposure of this product to elevated temperatures for prolonged periods of time may result in loss of activity.

Safety Enzyme Handing

Inhalation of enzymes mists should be avoided. In case of contact with skin or eyes, promptly rinse with water for at least 15 minutes.
