Main Components:
Special modified block organosilicone compound
Product Property
Appearance: light yellow translucent viscous fluid
Ionicity: weak cationic
PH value: 6—8 (30% water solution)
Solubility: can be dispersed in water with any ratio.
Product Advantage
1) Impart a smooth, fluffy, soft resilient hand feeling of polyester, cotton, hemp and blended fabrics.
2) Good alikali-resisting, salt-resisting and hard water-resisting.
3) Certain hydrophily and low yellowing.
4) Excellent cost performance.
Application
1) Be suitable for polyester, cotton and blended fabrics, also can be for soft finishing of yarn, sweater, socks and other fabrics.
2) Can be used for dyeing mills and washing plants.
Usage (can be used after dilution)
Padding method: 20-50g/l (30% solution)
Technology: once dip once rolling or twice dip twice rolling
Dipping method: dosage: 3—10%(o.w.f)
Temperature: room temperature
Time: 30min
Bath ratio:1:10-15
