Leather Soaking Enzyme of our company is a bacterial alkaline protease concentrated powder, can diluted to finished enzymes with different concentration and different requirements. The product is used for soaking leather (hide), hydrate leather, to make fresh skin backwater; used for salt dry skin or salt wet skin, to avoid leather rot during storage. This soaking enzyme can save soaking time about 4-6 hours, save energy.

Appearance: mixture of granules and powder. (Note: color maybe different with each batch, but will not affect product activity and using effects)

Application

GR-M403 can be used directly or mixed using with other auxiliaries as a pre-soak material.

Recommend dosage: 0.28%-0.5% (calculate by leather weight)

Temperature: same as typical soaking process (about 25℃), even optimal be 40-50℃.

pH: 7.0-10.0, optimal 9.5.

GR-M403 is limited to be used in rot leather.

Note: when using soaking enzyme, recommend to do small testing before mass production to confirm the most suitable operating conditions.
