New Developed Cellulase GR-M113

Product Profile

GR-M113 is a new generation wide pH cellulase, in superb concentrated liquid form.

Aggressive bio finishing and abrasion performance. Can be used in bio polishing process of cotton, cotton/polyester blend, cotton and line, rayon fabrics and other fiber fabrics, finished cloths which contain fibers. The product can work under both acid and neutral conditions, and excellent hair removal effects under acid conditions.

Appearance: brownish liquid.

pH : 4.0 to 8.0

Specific gravity: 1.0 – 1.2

Applications

Due to GR-M113 is a high concentrated product.

The application dosage:

Garments (Belly washers/Front loaders) : 0.3 % to 1.5 % o.w.f

Fabrics (Jets and soft flow) : 0.5 % to 2.0 % o.w.f

Above dosage are all recommend dosage, all based on our local testing data, the specific dosage should be adjusted according to user local conditions, e.g. Water quality, temperature, weather etc.

Temperature range: 30℃ – 60℃ (Optimal 45℃ – 55℃)

pH range: 4.0 – 8.0 (Optima 5.5 – 7.0)

Packing & Storage

1. 30 kg/drum.

2. To ensure extend shelf life, store GR-M113 at 25℃ or below in a sealed container. Exposure of this product to elevated temperatures for prolonged periods of time may result in loss of activity.
