Usage and application of  Aniline:

 

Uses Aniline is an important intermediate. There are 300 kinds of important products produced by aniline. There are more than 80 aniline manufacturers in the world, with annual total production capacity exceeding 2.7 million t/a and output about 2.3 million T. The main consumption area is MDI, which accounted for 84% of total aniline consumption in 2000. Aniline in China is mainly consumed in MDI, dyestuff industry, rubber additives, medicine, pesticides and organic intermediates.

3. Usage: Aniline is one of the most important intermediates in the dye industry, used in the manufacture of acid in the dye industry acid ink blue, acidic medium, light yellow, pink directly, scattered yellow brown, cationic pink and reactive brilliant red, etc, used for black dye aniline in printing and dyeing industry, many in the pesticide industry for the production of pesticides, weeding ether and poisonous weeds amine, aniline is one of the important raw materials, rubber additives used in the manufacture of protective agent, promoter, also can be used as pharmaceutical sulphonamide hu raw materials.
