  Product Profile

  GR-M112 is a neutral cellulase reconstructed made by fungal gene of non-pathogens, can efficiently make finishing to fabrics materialed by cellulose, particularly suitable for later treatment of cellulose fiber fabrics.

  Product Property

  Appearance: light brown powdery solid containing brown little particles(may different color according to each batch, do not effect product activity and effects)

                       Solubility: be soluble in water

                       Moisture contents: less than 9%

  Product Advantage

                     The advantages of the product are as follows:

  • l High contrast, good stereoscopic, uniform flowers.
  • l Fast speed of flowering, little damage on strength.
  • l Wide range of application temperature, PH values.
  •   l Low level of indigo return to staining, be particularly effective for cotton pocketing.

  Application

   

  The dosage of enzyme is concerned with fabric types, application conditions and process equipments which should be confirmed according to experimental results. Enzyme must be inactivated after function. It can end enzyme reaction rinsing until PH value up 10 with alkaline detergent and keep 10 minutes, or using bleach.

   

  Temperature	35℃--65℃
  Recommend dosage	0.5-3% o.w.f (specific dosage be decided by local conditions)
  PH	5.5--7.5
  Function period	25--60 minutes
  Use pumice or not use are both available. The dosage is based on desired achieved treatment results.

   

     

  Packing & Storage

   

  • 1. 25kg/bag or 50kg/drum
  • 2. Be stored in a cool, dry place and away from direct sunlight. The enzyme maintains its activity not less than identified activity when stored at normal temperatures ( 25℃) for 6 months. Avoid long-term storage at above 30℃.
