Chlorinated Polyethylene (CPE) is a kind of new composite material. It is white powdery elastomer with excellent ageing resistance, chemical drugs resistance and resistance to aging. It is added with a variety of plastics and rubber; as excellent modifier for and a special rubber with high performance. 


Property:: 
Chlorinated polyethylene of aqueous phase has excellent weathering resistance, ozone resistance, heat durability, oil resistance and chemicals resistance. Moreover, it can be mixed with a variety of plastics and rubbers, and have relatively high filling capacity for various fillings:

Use: 
1. It can be used as a modifier mixed with common plastics, as impact modifier in PVC hard products. 
2. Its application in rubber industry: Used solely as special synthetic rubber, or mixed with polyethylene,chlorosulfonated, polyepichlorohydrin Rubber, NBR, chloroprene rubber, .SBR, natural rubber etc in use, as well as a variety of vulcanized and non-vulcanized rubber products
3. Fire retardant for combustible materials

Main property and application of different types of CPE: 
135A: good tensile properties, good resistance to elements and ageing resistance,high filling property, good impact resistance etc., widely used in PVC profile shapes, tubing, pipe fitting, plastic board, jacket for wire and cable, automobile and communication fittings, waterproof roll and rubber products. 

130B: High intension, good toughness,, excellent electrical appliance properties and cold resistance,high filling agent to ferrite magnetic powder, widely used in sealing strip for refrigerator, magnetic element for electromechanical products, jacket for wire and cable.

135B: Good tensile properties, good toughness, oil resistance, inflaming retarding, widely used in jacket for wire and cable, inflaming retarding conveying belt, rubber hose etc. 
140B: good tensile properties, good flame retardant property, good oil resistance, used in retarding cable, conveying belt and rubber hose etc.

Packing & Storage: 
Packed in polypropylene woven bag lined with plastic bag.
Stored in draughty, dry place. Avoid moisture and rain.
