Superiority:
The product has saturated structure and excellent weatherability. The finished product will not crack or become yellow. In electrical decomposition, it will produce carbon dioxide and water and will not produce graphite like aromatic resin to cause short circuit. Cured product has high crosslinking density and good toughness. Ultraviolet and arc resistance performance are good and thermal stability is good. Martin heat resistance temperature is 82-108℃. Tensile strength is 75.5-83.7. Bending strength is 147-170.
It has low viscosity and good fluidity. During processing, use less or don’t use organic solvent. It has low chlorine content and particularly is suitable for insulation materials with high electrical performance requirements. Its high temperature insulation performance is good, and arc resistance and proof tracking performance is strong. It can be cured by heat or by light at fast curing speed and with low curing shrinkage. The cured product has high crosslinking density, Tg >200℃. It is mainly applied in LED packaging, insulation potting, die casting, metal surface bonding, adhesive, composite materials, light curing ink and coatings.
