Oral absorption is fast, and is not affected by food, widely distributed. It has high concentration in liver, kidney, lung and other tissues, and has higher concentration in brain and cerebrospinal fluid than other tetracycline antibiotics. T1/2=12.6h. is used in urinary tract, gastrointestinal tract, gynecologic, skin, bone marrow, eye, ear, nose, throat infection and male gonorrhea.
