Product Profile

GR-Z603 is durable finishing agent, featuring safe, highly efficient and extensive anti-microbial and anti-fungal properties, wash-fast, as well as no influence on whiteness shade, strength, handling and permeability of the treated fabric. GR-Z603 is famous used for its excellent anti-fungal property.

Application examples include: home-textile, technical textiles and heavy fabrics, and can be used for all regular fibers and fabrics, especially for mattress, carpet, textile wall-cloth, upholstery, indoor and outdoor furniture, tent, sleeping bag, backpack, shower-curtain, tarpaulin, awning, sail, band, rope, shoe interlining fabrics.

Product Property

Temperature stability:

Drying/ Fixing: 130℃-150℃, for best treatment effect, the textile should be heat-set for twice, and the anti-microbial treatment shall be with the second heat-set at lower temperature.

Application

GR-Z603 can be treated on the textile products by means of padding, exhaustion, coating and spray application methods.

Amount: 2.0-3.0% of GR-Z603 relative to the dry weight of the textiles to be finished. 1.0-2.0% of GR-Z603 can be used tighter with GR-Z603 to improve wash-resistance of anti-resistance of anti-microbial and anti- fungal effect.

Padding: Undiluted GR-Z603 should be added to the bath under stirring condition as last component while stirring to homogeneity. The absorption properties may be improved by adding a wetting agent.
