Temperature & PH range

When using leather enzyme, product properties are based on technologies, like PH value, temperature, time, natural characteristics of substrate and enzyme activity, and so on. All the factors have influence on product using effects.

GR-M404 function temperature is same as typical liming process, even the enzyme optimum activity effected temperature is 40 degree.

GR-M404 has a wide function PH range, which is 8.0-12.0, and optimum is 10-12.

Due to versatility of enzyme itself, GR-M404 can be used in other leather processes, like liming process.

Usage guidelines

GR-M404 is using directly, which can be used according to specific needs, or mixed using with other auxiliaries as a pre-soak material.

Recommend dosage: GR-M404 0.15%-0.3% (calculate by leather weight)

Leather diversity and different resources, local production operating environment all can affect leather enzyme using effects, recommend to do small testing under same production operating environment, then do mass production.This can avoid damage and influence to hide because of excessive or different process.
