Usage:Fenoxycarb is a carbamate insect growth regulator. It is used as a fire ant bait and for flea, mosquito and cockroach control. Fenoxycarb can also be used to control butterflies and moths (Lepidoptera), scale insects, and sucking insects on olives, vines, cotton and fruit. It is also used to control these pests on stored products
Properties:A colorless crystalline, melting point 53-54℃, flash point224 ℃, vapor pressure 0.0078 Mpa (20 ℃), solubility (25℃) : water 5.7 mg/Kg, acetone, chloroform, ethyl acetoacetate, methanol, isopropyl alcohol, toluene, more than 250g/Kg. At room temperature, it is stable in airtight container for more than two years. It is stable in water (pH3-9,50 ℃) and stabilization.
Toxicity:Human and livestock low toxicity, acute oral LD50 for rats is greater than 10000mg/Kg (foreign reports: more than 16800mg/Kg). Rat acute dermal LD50 in rats is greater than 2000mg/Kg (foreign reports: more than 5000mg/kg). Acute inhalation LC50 is greater than 0.48mg / L (air). No allergic skin of guinea pigs。a slight stimulation to skin and eye.
