GH-releasing peptides (GHRPs) are synthetic peptides that like GHRH act directly on pituitary somatotrophs to stimulate GH release. Growth Hormone Releasing Peptide-6 Synthetic is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 6 amino acids, having a molecular mass of 873 Dalton and a Molecular formula of C46H56N12O6.
 
PHYSICAL APPEARANCE:
Sterile Filtered White lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder.
 
FORMULATION:
The GHRP-6 peptide was lyophilized with no additives.
 
SOLUBILITY:
It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized GHRP-6 in sterile 18MΩ-cm H2O not less than 100 µg/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
 
STABILITY:
Lyophilized Growth Hormone Releasing Peptide-6 although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18°C. Upon reconstitution GHRP-6 should be stored at 4°C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18°C. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
