Product Description
Malt Extract takes the selected high quality malt as raw material, does not add any other material. It is extracted from malt through biological technology method and under the specialized equipment conditions.
malt extract has rubefacient properties in cosmetics due to the presence of yeast. It is tonic, leaving a feeling of overall well-being on the skin, and is a skin protector. Malt extract is used in face masks and toning lotions as a nutrient and texturizer. This dark syrup is obtained by evaporating an aqueous extract of partially germinated and dried barley seeds.
Features
This product richly contains vitamin E, the majority of vitamin B, folic acid and minerals such as calcium, cuprum, iron, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, potassium and zinc, and other purely natural material, widely used in infant aggrandizement food, dairy product, aggrandizement dairy dried beverages, breakfast milk, all kinds of baking food such as biscuits, etc. It can also be used in the malted milk , coffee, cornmeal, malt extract nugget, coat chocolate matuix, malt extract soda pop, soft drink, medicine, biology substrate, etc.

Appearance: light yellow to tan powder, free from foreign matter, allow a little macula which is can be ground up after dissolving. it's a natural phenomena of a little deposition after dissolving.

Packaging 20KG per Paper bag with PE bag inner liner.
Storage Store in dry & Sheltered warehouse with good ventilation. Pallet height must not exceed 10 cases.
Shelf life 12months in original and unopened packaging.
Malt Extract is a flavorant formed by extracting the water-soluble enzymes from barley and evaporating to form a concentrate that contains d-alpha-amylase enzyme. this enzyme hydrolyzes starch to dextrin and maltose. it is used to provide malt flavor, and in con- junction with spices, seasonings, and flavors.
