In the 1980s, it has been used in Japan, Germany, etc. to treat various bacterial infections with good efficacy, and adverse reactions are rare. Clinically, it is mainly used for infections caused by gram-negative bacteria and positive bacteria that are sensitive to them, such as urinary, intestinal, respiratory, surgical, ophthalmology, obstetrics and gynecology, dermatology, and ENTs and other infectious diseases.
