Uses Food Red No. 102 is an artificial coloring food additive. Dye.
Safety Profile Moderately toxic by intraperitoneal route. Questionable carcinogen with experimental tumorigenic data. Mutation data reported. When heated to decomposition it emits toxic fumes of NOx and SOx.
