Superiority:

Sulfamethazine is an antibacterial sulfonamide. Like other sulfonamides, sulfamethazine is bacteriostatic, competitively inhibiting dihydropteroate synthase to block folate synthesis and inhibit growth and multiplication.Sulfamethazine is metabolized by cytochrome P450 isoforms and arylamine N-acetyltransferase 2 in a sex-dependent manner.

Sulfamethazine is an antibacterial. Sulfamethazine blocks the synthesis of dihydrofolic acid by inhibiting dihydropteroate synthase. Sulfamethazine is an antibiotic used to treat bronchitis, prostatitis and urinary tract infections. It is used in disposition and depletion kinetic studies and is used to develop detection techniques for quantification in fluids such as cows milk, honey and swine urine.
