Mirabegron mainly relaxes the bladder detrusor and increases its stability by acting on the β3 receptor. In human detrusor cells and urethral epithelial cells, a total of 3 β receptor subtypes (β1, B2 and β3) were found. Other studies have shown that different doses of ketoconazole (a strong CYP3A4 inhibitor) can inhibit the clearance of Mirabegron in healthy adults, while repeated doses of rifampicin (induces CYP3A4 metabolism) can cause moderate Mirabex Decreased plasma concentration of trironuron.
