Product Profile

Polytetrafluoroethylene is a specially modified PTFE particles, with good fluidity, added to the formula of thermoplastic plastics, play the role of drip resistance, increasing melt strength and bending modulus, help thermoplastic materials to achieve higher flame retardant standards. Compared with the general PTFE, it has good dispersion and easy operation.

Features and advantages

—Does not agglomerate at normal temperatures;

—Excellent compatibility and relatively low impact strength impact in high impact formulations;

—Injection molded products are not wrinkled, black and white products have no crystal point, and the surface gloss of the products is less affected;

—Resistant to temperature.

application area

—For use with PC, ABS, PC/ABS alloys and other thermoplastics or plastic alloys subject to UL94 V0.

—Recommended dosage and usage.

Can be added directly to plastics formulations for extrusion pelletizing, typical additions are 0.1% to 1%.
