Usage and dosage: 1. Commonly used 0.75% bupivacaine and 2% lidocaine mixture (1:1) for orbital sacral anesthesia and post-balloon anesthesia. The total dosage of 7~9ml (not exceeding) 12ml has good effect. 2.0.25% ~ 0.75% eye, 5 ~ 11min and the surface local anesthetic effect, lasting 4 ~ 7.5h. 3.0.125%~0.25% for local infiltration anesthesia, local wound analgesia, postoperative analgesia. 4.0.25% to 0.5% for nerve block anesthesia, the maximum dose is 200mg. 5.5% for epidural anesthesia: adult safe dose 150mg, the maximum amount of 200mg each time, 400mg per day. 6. Each concentration is formulated into a light, medium and heavy specific gravity concentration, which can be used for spinal anesthesia, and the dosage is not more than 15mg.
