Uses

7β,10β-Dimethoxydocetaxel's anti-cancer mechanism and characteristics are similar to docetaxel. It belongs to the class of anti-microtubule drugs. By binding to tubulin, it promotes the assembly of microtubule dimers into microtubules. At the same time, it stabilizes the microtubules by preventing the demultimerization process and inhibits the decomposition of the microtubules, blocking the cells in the G2 and M phases, thereby inhibiting the mitosis and proliferation of cancer cells. 7 β,10 β-Dimethoxydoxytaxel is not only active against docetaxel-sensitive tumor strains, but also against chemotherapy including docetaxel-insensitive tumor models.
