Lercanidipine is a new generation of dihydropyridine calcium channel blocker, with strong vascular selectivity, gentle onset, strong antihypertensive effect, long acting time, and less negative inotropic effect. In vitro studies have found that lercanidipine has a direct relaxing effect on vascular smooth muscle, so it has a strong antihypertensive effect in the body, but has a small effect on heart rate and cardiac output. Due to its large hydrophobic gene and strong fat solubility, lercanidipine is quickly distributed to tissues and organs after entering the body, and is tightly bound to the vascular smooth muscle cell membrane and releases slowly. Therefore, although the drug serum has a short elimination half-life, it has a long-lasting effect. |
