Molecular weight: 889.22.

Color: white powder.

Solubility: Slightly soluble in water (0.37%,25°C) and acetic acid.

Application: Flour, biscuits, bread, dry mix milk powder, rice noodles, bean milk powder, infant formula, health foods, convenience foods, functional juice drinks, etc.

It is light yellow powder, emulsified after water dissolving. It is soluble in inorganic acid. Its molecular formular is Fe4(P2O7)3 xH2O and its molecular weight is 745.22. It can be widely used in dairy products, flour, rice flour, edible salt, health products and medicine. 
It also conforms with the requirements of FCC V.

Flour, biscuits, bread, dry mix milk powder, rice noodles, bean milk powder, infant formula, health foods, convenience foods, functional juice drinks, etc.
