The potency of heparin lithium in our company is more than 150 IU/mg and the anhydrous potency is more than 160IU/mg. Other indicators were controlled according to the standard of heparin sodium.

Heparin is a kind of blood anticoagulant commonly used in vacuum blood collection. Heparin anticoagulant is usually its sodium, potassium, lithium, ammonium salt, such as heparin sodium and heparin lithium, among which heparin lithium is the best.

The finished heparin lithium is white to white powder, odorless, soluble in water and easy to absorb moisture. According to the study, there was no significant difference between the results of TP, Aso, UA, alt, Mg, Cl, TC and CRP between heparin lithium anticoagulant plasma and serum (P > 0.05). The difference of HBD, LDH and TBA between heparin lithium anticoagulant plasma and serum was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Therefore, except HBD, LDH and TBA, the correlation between heparin lithium anticoagulant plasma and serum was better. Therefore, it is feasible to use heparin lithium anticoagulant plasma instead of serum in life test, and it can be used as an important detection method.

[scope of application]

1. this product is suitable for the collection and anticoagulation of blood samples for clinical biochemistry and emergency biochemical examination, and also for blood sample collection and anticoagulation of some Hemorheology projects.  

2. in the clinical test of the ion content in blood, heparin lithium is recommended as anticoagulant, because it is the most difficult to interfere with other ions.  

3. this product is not a drug and cannot be used as an injection. It is forbidden to inject directly into human body and animal body.

Lithium heparin

[precautions]

1. after the blood collection in heparin salt tube is completed, it must be reversed and mixed 5-8 times as soon as possible

two   Heparin anticoagulation is non irreversible anticoagulant, so the blood collection in heparin lithium anticoagulant tube should be completed within 6 hours

3. heparin may participate in the metabolism of cell enzymes and ions. The dosage of heparin should ensure the full anticoagulation of all and local samples, especially ast, alt, TBIL, DBIL, GGT and other sensitive indexes.

4. heparin lithium can be used at the same time as the separation glue. Anticoagulant effect, silicification of tube wall, centrifugal conditions and quality of separation glue will affect the blood separation effect. It is suggested to use the blood separation glue produced by our company.

5. sterilization suggestion: use γ The dose was 8-25kgy.

The lithium heparin potency of Desheng company is ≥ 150iu/mg, and the anhydrous potency is ≥ 160iu/mg. Other indexes are controlled according to the standard of heparin sodium API. The cool and dry place is sealed and kept away from light and can not be affected by moisture. The water solution of this product can be sealed and stored at 0-4 ℃ in aseptic state. The maximum storage period shall not exceed 7 days, and the water solution shall be ready for use.
