Production method

The distilled water and formaldehyde solution will be added to the reaction pot, cooled to less than 15 degrees C, stirred under the batch added sodium sulphate, control temperature at 60-65 degrees C reaction 20min, with sodium hydroxide solution to control pH9 or so. After the reaction, add hydrochloric acid to make pH up to about 3. Add activated carbon decolorization, filtration, filter cooling after adding ethanol to extract solids, placement, next day filtration, ethanol washing, drying, finished products.
