Stability: Slightly hygroscopic, soluble in hydrochloric acid and nitric acid, slightly soluble in cold water, almost insoluble in ethanol. At 30°C, 18 g of calcium dihydrogen phosphate can be dissolved in 100 ml of water. The aqueous solution is acidic, and the heated aqueous solution is hydrolyzed into calcium hydrogen orthophosphate. It loses crystal water at 109°C and decomposes into calcium metaphosphate at 203°C.
