1) Antitussive, expectorant and antiasthmatic effects: experiments were carried out on the antitussive, expectorant and antiasthmatic effects of the alkaloid and alkaloid glucoside monomer of fritillaria fritillaria from Hubei province, and the results were compared with the total alkaloid. The following conclusions were obtained: (1) under the condition of the same dose, obiberin and bertolin showed significant antitussive effects; Obergin and obergin showed significant expectorant activity. The antiasthmatic effect of epigenin, Zhebei epigenin and epigenin was better. (2) Under the same toxicity conditions, lacustrin, thunbertin, lacustrin and lacustrin showed significant antitussive effect when the concentration of LD50 was 1/10 of each alkaloid sample. When the dosage of bertolin and thiophenin was 1/10 of LD50, the dosage of thiophenin, thiophenin and obiberin was 1/5 of LD50, they showed significant expectorant activity. Zhejiang bertolin, zhejiang bertolin and obixin showed significant antiasthmatic activity at 3/20 of LD50 of each alkaloid sample.
