Gardenia Yellow is also called Crocus Sativus is pure natural water soluble food colorant, it’s extracted from the Gardenia fruit ( Gardenia jasminoides Ellis )which mainly contain of crocin and crocetin, used in health supplement,it is also inherent fragrance, strong color, light and heat good resistance at pH 4.0-6.0. It’s widely used in food colorant.

FUNCTION

1). Pigmentation.

2).Containing vitamin A, clearing away heat, detoxifying, reducing blood pressure and being cholagogue; belonging to carotenoid.

3). Gardenia Extract Gardenia Yellow can be widely used in instant rice & flour products, raw-wet flour ptoducts, raw-dry flour products, cereal products fillings, cocoa products, chocolates and chocolate products,fruit-flavoured beverages, beverages of fruit and vegetable juice (pulp), frozen drinks(edible ice excluded), candy, cakes, preserved fruits, jelly, puffed food, canned nuts & seeds, imitation wine.
