Including erythromycin A(ErA), erythromycin B(ErB), erythromycin C(ErC), erythromycin D(ErD), erythromycin E(ChemicalbookErE), and erythromycin F(ErF). Its free base for oral use, lactolactate for injection, belongs to the macrolide class of narrow spectrum antibiotics, often used for penicillin resistance gram-positive bacteria infection and penicillin allergy substitute, antibacterial spectrum is similar to penicillin.

1.Erythromycin affects the protein synthesis of bacteria and is generally effective against gram-positive bacteria. It is mainly used to treat infections caused by penicillin G resistant Staphylococcus aureus.
