Synephrine actually has a very long history of use. The bitter orange plant is a native species to tropical Asia and eastern Africa. It has a long history of being used as a medicinal plant in throughout Asia as well as in the Amazon rainforest.

Is Synephrine dangerous

Using synephrine by itself is considered safe, so long as you stick to the recommended dosage. There are reports of headaches as a side effect in some people. The main thing to watch out for is combining with other stimulants or using stacks that combine synephrine with ephedrine or PEA.

It is a potent stimulant and combining with other stimulants can increase the risk of high blood pressure, fainting and heart attack.
