It inhibits DNase I with an IC50 of 0.57 mM. The mechanism of action of this product is to firmly combine with the specific proteins on the bacterial ribose protein body subunit, interfere with the function of ribose protein body, prevent protein synthesis, and cause the error of the code on the translation messenger ribonucleic acid (mRNA) to synthesize non-functional proteins. Clinically used for septicemia, respiratory tract infection, biliary tract infection, suppurative peritonitis, intracranial infection, urinary tract infection and dysentery caused by Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli, dysentery bacillus, Klebsiella, Proteus and other sensitive bacteria. |
