Production method
1. p-aminobenzenesulfonic acid method uses p-aminobenzenesulfonic acid as raw material, diazotization, Sandmeyer reaction to generate p-chlorobenzenesulfonic acid, add sodium hydroxide to generate sodium p-chlorobenzenesulfonic acid, add it to chlorosulfonic acid, react at 40-60℃ for 3.5h, drop into ice water after cold, filter at 150℃, wash to ph = 5.5-6 that is to get the product, after recrystallization and purification to get high purity products. The product is obtained by recrystallization and purification. Due to the long reaction route and high cost of p-aminobenzenesulfonic acid method, there are no production units in China.
2, chlorobenzene and chlorosulfonic acid method using chlorobenzene and chlorosulfonic acid as raw materials, chlorosulfonic acid and sulfuric acid cooling to below 20 ℃, under strong stirring add chlorobenzene, 23-25 ℃ reaction 2-3h, heating up to 60 ℃, hold 2h, cooling and filtering to get the product, after recrystallization and purification of high purity products. Raw material consumption quota: chlorosulfonic acid 2200kg/t, chlorobenzene 650kg/t, sulfuric acid 350kg/t.
3. The preparation method is made by chlorobenzene chlorosulfonation. Mix chlorosulfonic acid with fuming sulfuric acid and then cool to below 20℃, add chlorobenzene under strong stirring, react at 23-25℃ for 2~3 hours, then increase the temperature to 60℃.
