What is Temozolomide
Temozolomide is the first orally effective imidazotetrazine antitumor drug, which belongs to the second generation of alkylating agents with antitumor activity. It does not require intrahepatic metabolic activation after oral administration. It has good properties and does not have superimposed toxicity with other drugs, and has synergistic efficacy with radiotherapy.
