Calcium fosfomycin is an organic compound with the formula C3H5CaO4P·H2O. White or nearly white crystalline powder, tasteless. This product is slightly soluble in water, insoluble in methanol, acetone, trichloromethane, dichloromethane, ether, benzene. The pH of 0.1% aqueous solution is 8.1~9.6. The specific curl of the product was measured accurately, and 0.2 mol/L ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid disodium solution was added.
