            Pregabalin is mainly used to treat post-herpetic neuralgia and fibromyalgia, mainly to improve neuralgia. Pregabalin has a relatively high affinity with the corresponding site in the central system, and the mechanism of action of pregabalin is still unclear.

            Studies have shown that pregabalin may reduce the calcium-dependent release of some neurotransmitters by regulating the function of calcium channels, and play an analgesic effect. It is a structural derivative of the inhibitory neurotransmitter γ-aminobutyric acid, but not directly.
