Product Usage    

1. Kill bacteria by inhibiting the growth and reproduction of bacteria. The drug interferes with cell wall synthesis by interfering with peptidoglycan, a key component of bacterial cell wall structure, inhibiting the production of phospholipids and polypeptides in the cell wall.

2. Vancomycin is mainly used in the treatment of infection in four aspects: first, in the treatment of drug-resistant bacterial infections; in addition, it is also used in the treatment of antibiotic-resistant pseudomembranous colitis caused by Clostridium difficile.

3. Vancomycin can also be used to treat colitis and intestinal inflammation; vancomycin is also often used to prevent infection when installing cardiac catheters, venous catheters and other devices. Vancomycin can be administered alone or in combination.

Intravenous infusion may cause skin reactions if the concentration is too high, and it may cause thrombophlebitis. Intramuscular injection can cause severe pain, so intramuscular injection is not recommended. It has severe ototoxicity and nephrotoxicity, so it should only be used for short-term rescue.

Dosage
