Superiority:

Tandutinib is a novel oral small-molecule multi-target receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor developed by Millennium Pharmaceuticals. , multiple myeloma, and myelodysplastic syndromes. It has inhibitory effects on receptor tyrosine kinases, including FMS-like tyrosine kinase-3 (FLT-3), PDGFR and stem cell factor receptor (c-KitR). Tandutinib inhibits the phosphorylation of FLT-3. In a phase I clinical trial, 40 patients with AML and myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) were given oral tandutinib, and the results showed that the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) was 525 mg (bid), and showed some activity. Tandutinib is currently in Phase II clinical studies.
