Methylene diacrylamide N, N' -methylene diacrylamide (Methylene diacrylamide) can be used as a cross-linking agent for the preparation of polyacrylamide gel and the separation of biomolecular compounds (protein, polypeptide, nucleic acid). The preparation methods
A preparation method of N-N '-methylene diacrylamide is described in the following steps:
(1) Add 245kg water to the reactor, start stirring, and heat up to 70℃;
(2) 75kg acrylamide and 105kg formaldehyde were added at the same time. The addition amount of p-hydroxybenzoyl methyl ether was 100 ~ 500ppm. The mixture was stirred for 1 hour at 40℃ for full reaction.
(3). Then 75kg acrylamide and 45kg catalyst hydrochloric acid were added, heated to 70℃ under stirring, reacted for 2 hours, and cooled for 48 hours.
(4). The product was filtered and dried at 80℃ to obtain n-N '-methylene diacrylamide product.
