 It is soluble in methanol, ethanol, isopropanol, acetone, benzene, toluene and xylene. After hydrolysis, it can be dissolved in water with pH 4.0 under stirring. After hydrolysis, methanol is produced.

Application object:

1. Resins: phenolic, urea-formaldehyde, furan, nylon, polyurethane, unsaturated polyester, alkyd resin, acrylic resin and natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, neoprene rubber, nitrile rubber, EPDM, PE, PP, PVC, S BS, etc.
2. Fillers: quartz, talc, kaolin, mica, white carbon black, wollastonite, glass fiber, Al(OH)3, Mg(OH)2, metals and their oxides, etc.

Product Features:

1. Treating the glass fiber yarn with a wetting agent (containing film-forming agent, lubricant and antistatic agent) containing the silane coupling agent KH-570 can improve the mechanical strength of this glass fiber yarn-reinforced composite material.
2. Improve the dry and wet mechanical strength of polyester composites filled with silica, glass, silicate and metal oxides.
3. Improve the wet electrical properties of many inorganic mineral filled composite materials such as cross-linked ethylene and polyvinyl chloride.
4. It can be copolymerized with vinyl acetate and acrylate or methacrylate monomers to make a moisture-curable silylated polymer. These silylated polymers are widely used in coatings, adhesives and sealants to provide excellent adhesion and durability.
