Natural vitamins include vitamin K1 and vitamin K2, which are derived from plant foods and produced by intestinal bacteria, respectively. They are fat-soluble and require bile to assist in their absorption. Synthetic vitamins K3 and K4 are water-soluble and do not require bile to assist in their absorption. Vitamin K is a necessary substance for the synthesis of coagulation factors II, VII, IX, and X, thereby promoting the coagulation process. This product also has analgesic effect, and the mechanism of action may be mediated by opioid receptors and endogenous opioids. Suitable for hemostasis: obstructive jaundice, biliary fistula, chronic diarrhea, neonatal, premature infant hemorrhage, and secondary vitamin K deficiency caused by long-term use of broad-spectrum antibiotics, sulfonamides, and excessive use of coumarins, salicylic acid Bleeding caused by the class. The abuse of broad-spectrum antibiotics inhibits the synthesis of vitamin K by intestinal bacteria, and the reduction of the synthesis of prothrombin and other coagulation factors caused by liver disease causes bleeding disorders.
