Applications

Silane OSi HIOSil 3MTS is silicone acrylate reactive monomer, the appearance is colorless and ,odorless and transparent. One end of the product is an acrylate functional group with a double bond, which can be self-aggregated or copolymerized with an acrylic monomer; the other end is a silicone T-segment, providing a good feel for hydrophobicity and silicone. PH within the range of good stability. It can be used to modify the acrylic resin, improve the heat resistance of acrylic resin, improve the coating feel, improve scratch resistance and wear resistance, increase gloss.

Silane OSi HIOSil 3MTS is widely used in acrylic resin and coating modifier. add it in the UV coating or acrylic resin in the synthesis and modification process.

Silane OSi HIOSil 3MTS is recommended to use the amount of 1-20%, the customer can be based on their actual use.
