Description: Pullulan polysaccharide is an extracellular water-soluble mucinous polysaccharide produced by microbial fermentation that protects microorganisms from dehydration and parasitic protozoa. Pullulan polysaccharide is a colorless, tasteless, neutral, linear polymer material, easy to absorb water expansion, infinite solubility, dissolution rate than sodium alginate, polyvinyl alcohol more than two times faster.
